01Product & applications

What does EcoSpark supply?

Our supply focus is mature coconut shell biochar from Thailand. We welcome enquiries about material specifications, qualification and future supply planning. We do not supply finished activated carbon, battery anodes or capacitor components.

Is coconut shell biochar the same as coconut shell charcoal?

Both terms may appear in enquiries about carbonized coconut-shell material. The terminology alone does not establish an equivalent grade, certification or suitability. Tell us your intended use, test methods and acceptance criteria so that the material can be assessed against your process.

Can I use the feedstock for activated carbon production?

You can discuss that downstream application with us. Activation and performance qualification are separate from the supplied biochar. Suitability and achievable results must be established through your process and testing.

Do you sell finished shisha or BBQ briquettes?

Our focus is biochar feedstock. Briquette forming and finished-product qualification are downstream activities. If you make shisha or BBQ charcoal, share the raw-material characteristics your process requires.

02Specifications & testing

What specifications should I include in my enquiry?

Start with your intended application, fixed-carbon, ash and moisture requirements, and any required material form or size. Include test methods, reporting basis and acceptance limits where available. We will discuss what can be qualified and supplied.

Are the laboratory results a guarantee for future orders?

No. The published historical results relate to submitted samples and test conditions. They are for reference, not a guarantee of future shipment quality or an acceptance standard. Commercial specifications and acceptance procedures must be agreed separately in writing.

Why does the historical biochar sample show 5.38% ash?

The historical sample is separate from the indicative product ranges displayed on the website. Its report records 5.38% ash and 86.49% fixed carbon on an air-dry basis. Those results should not be presented as confirmation that every batch meets an indicative range.

Does the activated carbon report describe your supplied product?

No. EcoSpark supplies biochar. The activated carbon report is a downstream reference for a tested activated-carbon sample. It does not establish the specifications of our supplied biochar or guarantee an activation outcome.

03Samples & supply enquiries

Can I request a sample?

Yes, you can enquire about a qualification sample. Please share your application, required sample quantity and delivery destination. Availability, preparation, shipping arrangements and any charges must be confirmed before an order is agreed.

What are your minimum order, price and lead time?

These are confirmed individually. Send your target specification, quantity, delivery destination and required timing. We do not publish a fixed minimum order, price or dispatch commitment on this website.

What packaging and export arrangements are available?

Please specify your preferred packaging, shipment quantity and destination. Packaging options, shipment requirements and available arrangements need to be assessed and agreed for the product and order.
